Newbiggin Lifeboat

On Monday 30th November 2015 Newbiggin Lifeboat saw the arrival of the Mark 2 version of the MB-4H Bendy Tractor.

During the following week the stations drivers are undergoing additional training and assessment to achieve the required high standards of the RNLI.

The MB-4H Mk2 has been developed from the Talus MB-4H, as a result of the operational experiences with the original tractor, together with the increased demands placed on the tractor by the introduction of the Atlantic 85 boat and associated carriage.
