Newbiggin Lifeboat

Date: 13th June 2021

 

Time: 7.26 pm 

 

Reason: Person needing assistance

 

Humber Coastguard requested the launch of the Lifeboat to assist Northumbria Police as a person had entered the sea at Cresswell. 

 

The Lifeboat launched and proceeded to Cresswell but on arrival was informed that the person was now out of the sea. The lifeboat was then released from the incident by Humber Coastguard and returned to station.
