Humber Coastguard requested the launch of the Lifeboat to identify an inflatable object drifting out to sea. 

 

The Lifeboat launched and proceeded to the Spital Point area where the object was approximately 200 metres offshore. The inflatable item was recovered to the Lifeboat, then following a search of the area with nothing untoward found the lifeboat was released from the incident by Humber Coastguard.
