Reason: Red flares reported

​

H M Coastguard requested the tasking of the lifeboat to search  Cambois Bay following several reports of red flare sightings. 

The lifeboat proceeded to the area and commence a parallel track search using searchlight and radar to a distance of 1.5 miles offshore.

With nothing found after 1.5 hours the lifeboat was stood down by H M Coastguard and returned to Station.
